Day 4

Center of Unity

[12] No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
— 1 John 4:12

How did you learn what love is?

What do you think about when you see “God lives in us”?

What is your love language: words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts, quality time, and/or physical touch?

How can you use your language today to reach out to someone?

[1] As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. [2] Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. [3] Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. [4] There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; [5] one Lord, one faith, one baptism; [6] one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
— Ephesians 4:1-6

What do you think it means to be a prisoner for the Lord?

How can you bring unity into your church, family, life?

  • Pray today for our church family.

  • Pray for our pastors and all those who have taught you about love and peace.
